Custom pattern design for lycra fabric to create the new collection of festival clothing for the independent designer and maker Winifred Rose
The design "Fern Gully" is inspired by nature and the Rainforest, it his handmade in Bristol and printed in recycled Econyl Lycra. The manufactures of ECONYL have a partnership with charity Healthy Seas who dredge up ghost fishing nets and other waste from the sea, this and other post consumer waste such as plastics, tulle and waste polyester fabrics are spun into a polyamide yarn which makes the Lycra.
Colour variables:
The collection celebrates slow fashion, with only 4 pieces per size of each design.
